How does it work?
The first ticket we sell to an event is always the cheapest. The ticket price will rise a few cents after each purchase, so the earlier the buy, the greater the discount. Ticket buyers drive the price up with each purchase until it reaches its regular price for the remainder of tickets.
Why is the price constantly changing?
The price may go up or down slightly even from the time you loaded the page till the time you clicked "buy now". This is because other people are also adding tickets to their cart and increasing the price in real time. If someone abandons their cart, the ticket price may fall back down slightly to compensate for the available ticket again. Because of this you may see slight fluctuations in price, but generally the price is going up!
How do I get my tickets?
Follow the "Print Tickets" link in the top right corner of the website and you will be able to pull up a printable view of all your purchased tickets (granted you are logged in)
If you purchased a ticket without signing up for an account first then your account information was sent to you in an email. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder, then try resetting your password and checking again. If your email is not found in our system then that is likely not the email you used at checkout. Contact us if your still having trouble.
How do I buy multiple tickets to an event?
You have to click the "buy now" button for each ticket you want to purchase. On your left sidebar, you will see the tickets add to your cart as you click the button.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can purchase to an event?
There is a limit of 5 tickets per user.
How do I sell tickets to my own event?
TickScale will eventually be a public service anyone can easily use. As of now we are accepting submissions for potential beta testers. Contact us if you are interested in reaping the benefits of our services.
Can I get physical tickets mailed to me?
No snail mail as of right now... All tickets are sent to you digitally. You can however pull up your ticket on your smartphones for a quick scan into the event!
